For todays light hearted rhyming poem about an owner being assaulted by dogs, I was challenged to rhyme the word orange and gave it my best shot.   Today’s random twitter poem included 11 words (in blue) provided by the following twitter followers:
@concisionflux (fraught), @teleken (orange), @franscud (bottomless), @anefallarme (appalled), @nitinbarman (pleasure), @RemBeatZ (Polyphonic), @supertroll (dog), @filigreegirl (xanthrocroid), @santasdevil (plunder), @phawkenson (hostility), @worryknot (equipoise)

Barking Dogs

Bottomless barking, bright and orange
a constant repeating polyphonic melange

A wagging tail indicating their happy pleasure
hopeful gazes, waiting for an edible treasure

No fraught hostility to be found here
Jumping dogs in equipose, no reason to fear

Xanthrocroid like terrier, no intention to plunder
knocks over your packages, a misintentioned blunder

For a moment a dog is temporarily stalled
the look on your face appearing quite appalled

They lap up the mess, a floor covered in pie
all you can do is throw your hands up and sigh
