Catching Sunbeams
You hesitate on a comical scene
mellifluous orange cats twisting
their arrival marking a puce cushion
with fur like a patterned butterfly
each a feline detective finding spots
woven conundrum between sleep and play
while soft paws try to catch sunbeams
