I was inspired to write this poem after seeing another image on Beltran Studios, and decided to incorporate it here.

Curious Eyes

Whose eyes stare at me
With wild untamed curiosity

A child’s look innocent and sweet
A puppies look anticipating a treat

Is that a glimpse of sorrow I see
Or are you trying to read my destiny

Curious eyes what are you trying to say?
Maybe you are inviting me to play

Sad little eyes, show me a sign
What do you want, why do you pine?

For now I can just sit and think
That maybe you are asking for a drink
