Curious Storefront is about a retailer who is a devil in disguise, bargaining souls for promised fantasies and wishes. It was inspired by the 15 random words (in blue) provided by the following twitter followers:
@shemah (titans), @mcaliban (sustain), @Footdr69 (Angst), @anefallarme (loathsome), @blusol (countenance), @shonie1966 (teenager), @dreamon51 (haberdasher), @MetallmanX (pyre), @Jemfyr (sugar), @drstar59 (dense), @A_Lan (Nereids), @JeffHicks (serendipity, sanguine), @SurfCityJay (usability), @santasdevil (slideshow)Podcast: Play in new window | Download
Curious Storefront
In a distant curious storefront
a haberdasher beckons invitingly
no items of noticeable usability found
nor confections of the finest sugar
opening with a simple slideshow ruse
fantasies to sustain every mortal soul
here minds wander on a daydreams pyre
and sanguine teenager titans gather
chasing comely Nereids in wicked games
dense loathsome serendipity knows no beginning
angst countenance etched on far too many faces
the trap is laid without any realization
a soul bargained in a tilted game
your fate is sealed for eternity-Poem by Dragon Blogger

Thank you, glad you enjoyed the poem.
I can see a bunch of kids playing video games, of course I miss the days of pinball where many could enjoy the spectacle without getting in the way. [Did I just age myself?]

Thanks, I originally was thinking of writing like kids playing a video game and chatting on twitter about it later, but as I was writing it, it turned more story like.
