Dark Fate is today’s poem which fortells some slow but sure disaster and how the religious hope to be saved by some being, while the rest end up damned. It was inspired by the 17 random words (in blue) provided by the following twitter followers:
@buddawiggi (plight), @Zorlone (flatus), @TrinaMb (pending), @jldempsey (crimson), @shonie1966 (omniscient), @Jan_Geronimo (Fatuous), @blusol (stunning), @azredneck (Tasty), @minnie_madz (Lazy), @RemBeatZ (captivating), @jeremylewit (prevail), @yellow0211 (solution), @or1gb1u3 (velcro), @filigreegirl (transit), @GeB0i (denial), @alieninwhite (help), @donpower (Y2K)

Dark Fate

Lazy society stuck in crimson fatuous denial
content to wallow slowly in their own flatus
monumental Y2K sized problem with no solution
transit of pending plight looming on the horizon
holy people cling to tasty faith like spiritual velcro
that a captivating omniscient power delivers stunning salvation
praying that religion will help and ultimately prevail
and the naysayers will be denied salvation in the end
as this dark dwelling fate is upon us.
