Easter Children

Bunny tales and winding trails
Easter eggs hidden with their tiny details

Candy basket dreams and high spirits
Child like curiosity, a hunt that never quits

Family time spent at the picnic table
A feast followed by a story or fable

Cloudless sky’s of sapphire blue
Magical moments like this are too few

Traditions set year after year
You reflect as you wipe away a tear

As you watch the children play
You realize how much you enjoy Easter Day
