Love The Dead

A serene incorporeal spirit
casting no reflection
a memory of her lingers
shadowy hands caress my face
a ghostly remnant of someones daughter
her whispers enchanted my nights
each visit erasing the boredom of life
connection between us brings me peace
intangible white lips I will never kiss
a supernatural synergy drawing us together
like fresh living cheese and aged wine
would she suck my life force from me?
my soul was hers if she would have it
a delayed somnambulist dream of rapture
is it necrophilia to love a ghost?
