Manichean Monks is a poem about a monastery where holy monks protect the people from an invading calico dragon. It was inspired by the 15 random words (in blue) provided today by the following twitter followers:
@GeB0i (mishmash), @rMiLaNa (furious), @booksaboutpeace (serendipitous, eponymous), @Piratelover22 (nexus), @JenaIsle (depolarization), @SharonSkinner56 (manichean), @SusanBerland (calico), @dreamon51 (haggis, extraordinary), @santasdevil (monetize), @ditesco (friendship), @tunguy3n (indigenous), @LStephenCleary (credo), @filigreegirl (forgotten)

Manichean Monks

Mishmash of furious Manichean monks
eponymous rulers of this indigenous nexus
credo of serendipitous peace and harmony
disrupted by an extraordinary calico dragon
seeking a satisfying meal of human haggis
attempts to monetize a friendship failed
depolarization of decisions and morale forgotten
a desperate battle for our survival ensues
hopes and prayers rest with protectors
our holy monks valiant bravery wins the day
monstrous dragon is thwarted and driven away
