My Honor

My honor is at stake
with each breath you take
a word spoken in hurt
a life buried in the dirt

My honor is at stake
each direction a mistake
an mother cry’s at night
we were never meant to fight

My honor is at stake
my heart will never ache
my eye for your eye
my love knows no lie
