Leaving Wound
Bleak and dark
a future all mine
ignorance leads
to corruption
Blinded by hope
reality a closed door
locked shut tight
without any key
Sanity spent
debt never recovered
IOU of happiness
never cashed in
Rip it off like a bandaid
except one this one
takes all your skin
leaving wounds that never heal
