Little Puppy
What a funny little thing
more nice than nuisance
unexpected and unjustified
invader of my heart
A sob story on a step
lost puppy a literal cliché
how could you have known
that you found your owner?
With each habit I crumble
not all fun and games
at time your more nuisance
than pet of my dreams
Yet part of any family
are triumphs and tribulations
you have become family
unexpected little puppy
