Poem: Shaman Healing

Advertise with IZEA Media

This poem was another one inspired by the Creative Copy Challenge where I had to use 10 words to create an original piece of written work.  Shaman Healing came to mind and was inspired by the word Hoodoo.  I bolded the words to show what I had to work with.

Shaman Healing

Alliterative esoteric hoodoo

spoiled flesh cleaved by marlinspike

jaded mundane cantankerous victim

bones cracking like pistol shots on the mend

wounds are recovered, arm as good as new

Certainly this is a very nice poem. My favorite part is "bones cracking like pistol shots on the mend
wounds are recovered, arm as good as new". I really like how it ends. In the end everything is OK. Thanks.

Love it. I just tweeted this to my followers.

Glad you enjoyed the poem.

You never cease to amaze me with the ability to come up with a poem using random words all the time.

Thanks Shane, it is always fun.
