Rejected is a poem about a man who pursues a woman only to be rejected in a most harsh way, it perhaps depicts a stalker or vain person not expecting such a response and hints that someone had less than pure intentions in the first place. This unrequited love radioactive
succulent scandalous feline form
mystical beyond any holiday tradition
a narcissist with a blade of roses
mundane intention to subtly encrypt
meeting a flamethrower response
a pepper spray to the eyes
now left tearing in dejection
when she doesn’t buy into it
