Ever have some blah days that you just want to end? Today’s poem sketchy days was inspired by the 7 words (in bold) provided by the following Twitter players:
@cureworks (joy), @goodyniosi (chiaroscuro), @thatgrrl (oatmeal), @solomonobaje (Eulogy), @techwork_dk (rain), @originalbadbele (respond)
@barzane (obsessive)
Definitions:
Chiaroscuro is the distribution of light and dark in a picture, sketch or painting. Used in this poem to represent black/white, good/bad, bland/colorful…etc.

Sketchy Days
Chiaroscuro etched days
some given to obsessive joy
others a bland oatmeal eulogy
respond to the rain in kind
with a single thought
today will be over soon
and tomorrow starts
a new one altogether
