Two Sides To Every Tale
A murderer and a scoundrel
A man lies slain upon the ground
Justice he cries was found in death
Those who doubt shall see reasonA girl who saw the whole tale
Knew the truth of the scene
A robbery had gone awry
The victim had become the victorThe judge and jury deem him wrong
Just don’t buy his self defense
Forensics inconclusive no proof found
Where is innocent until proven guilty? The girl too scared to come forward
Vindication would have been found
Her silent prayer just isn’t enough
To prevent the hanging that occurs-Poem by Dragon Blogger
