Repair is a poem about robotics and an invention to help repair the infrastructure (roads, buildings…etc) using small insect like robots that can do the work. It was inspired by the 11 random words (in blue) provided by the following twitter players today:
@AttilaBS (enthral), @purple_froggy (insurance), @benjphoto (bucolic), @DaneBlogger (remote control), @blusol (flywheel), @malenko10 (compression), @filigreegirl (fructuous), @wishinghearts (puffery), @jodapoet (ecstatic), @cupcakes5 (Wiles), @RyanHanzel (ant)Repair
The remote control invention
uses technology compressionWhen they told us “you can’t”
create a robot the size of an antA flywheel and scientist wiles
brought fructuous ecstatic smilesNo puffery or praise is required
enthral of what nature itself inspiredPassive bucolic servant creation
insurance for the future of the nationRepairing roads and buildings with ease
with robots just larger than some fleas-Poem by Dragon Blogger

Bit Bucket – Random Twitter Poem for July 3rd

03 Jul 2009
Today’s poem is a similar theme poem I did about spam emails and messages, and is titled “Bit Bucket” referring what happens to computer data that never reaches its target and is discarded by a system. This farcical technical poem just came ot me after seeing the words transactions, messages and defecate. Thanks to the following twitter followers for the 12 random words (in blue) today:
@houseofpuroy (defecate), @writingnag (messages), @RemBeatZ (transactions), @JenaIsle (rigor mortis), @KathrynVercillo (independent), @JessRenH (forlorn), @jamiain (lazy), @katheesue (grinding), @evliving (snark), @stnmoon (Audience), @tiajb10 (lilly pad), @R_Arblaster (iconic)
Bit Bucket
Don’t believe the grinding lazy messages
nothing but rigor mortis transactions
a forlorn phantom snark
independent, trying to find an audience
but instead of reaching their target
internet channels defecate constantly
these bytes and bits constantly leap
like a frog over a digital lilly pad
as they all eventually end up
in the iconic bit bucket-Poem by Dragon Blogger
