I periodically ask people on twitter who follow me to randomly submit me a word and I will craft a unique poem involving the words I am given. Today I received 6 words that all flowed together for me to find a common theme. Here are my results: (All of the Twitter words provided are highlighted in blue)
Death Rides In From The Vast Ocean
The poison tide rolls in
acidic fog steals your breath
this is but one sign
of the harbinger known as deathYour fellow man will bootleg your soul
to save his own from this awful fate
So death comes forward in a tidal wave
riding on the back of skeletal hippopotamusesHis scythe in hand your vision grows dark
people scatter before him like ants
you try to run but your knees are wobbly
instead falling to the ground begging for your lifeYou scream for your life but no words come out
all you taste before the end of the road

This poem was crafted using random words I asked people to tweet me on Twitter, I highlighted the random words in blue. This poem is about people who are rude, selfish, unkind and ignorant.
How Dare You
You steal the luminescence from all those around you
Running through life as a blunderbuss
Not caring how others think and feel
Your ignorance is your downfallThat woman you pushed and that man you assaulted
Just trying to get ahead in a line or life
You should have faith and try to be thankful
A little kindess can calm your spiritYou take love and risk throwing it away
Why because you are scared and cannot commit
You cannot spread human emotion like jelly
Eventually life will be left tastelessYour face sours when you look upon that man
Does the color of his skin not agree with you
Should he be cast off this earth
Like jetsam thrown from a shipDoes your life taste like acidic clamato
Your friendships dwindle till you are barren
Or is this sudden snafu by choice
and you push people away for fear of rejectionHeed me now you cruel and angry people
Love and Life shall not be lost
