1st Place in WOOF contest for August 4th

I was floored to find that I won the Writers Offering Our Finest (WOOF) contest in 1st place this week.  There were some excellent writing and poems by other contributors, and I didn’t even think that my dark and grim poem about Burning Alive would make the top 5.   Congrats to the other winners who all had excellent literary pieces this week.

Congrats to Zorlone whose poem this week called “Train Heart” deserved first place in my opinion. I managed to place 2nd with my comical twitter poem about a dinner mess, and Jenn placed third with about about censorship.
