The Fork
How the light gleams off that metal skin,
Your sharp tips ready to dive into flesh,
Even as you taste the meat you’re moving,
Slowly and steadily pulling your victim to me,
You are under my control your victim taken,
And as I feast upon what you have staked,
You are forced to seek another morsel,
This pattern repeats, for you time is endless.
But once I am done you are cast away,
Ready to be used another day.

Very nice catch, I also misspelled steadily and fixed that as well.
poor fork… never did think of it only getting a small tantalizing taste of what we get to devour and enjoy in our mouths
btw, caught something that detracts a bit from the above: “Even as you taste the meat your moving” I think in this case it’s “you’re”,, right?
~willow~s last blog post..it’s all a matter of perspective…
