The Gunslinger

They call you a quick draw
Yet you reveal one fatal flaw
Your gun is blank your bluff is called
The shot is fired, your body lies sprawled

The quiet man then holsters his gun
The barrel reflecting the ray of the sun
Many men have challenged him and fell
Each claiming to be tougher than hell

They call the dark quiet man the true gunslinger
With the fastest hands and eyes as sharp as a stinger
He does not brag or claim any title
But if challenged, he is not one to sit idle

Cross him and you shall wear one on your grave
Talk to him and learn that he is just a slave
To a quest of which he is truly obsessed
Palaver quickly for his time is pressed
