The Pain of Failure
How can it be, that I have such desires and goals
Yet succumb to what can only be laziness
I take life’s tests without preparation
I go through all tasks at hand with minimal effort
Corpulent dreams filled with lavish needs
Yet unable to put in the effort to reach those dreams
That is the curse of being me
A being of worthlessness that shall always want more
Yet never do what is necessary to achieve more
