This poem just sprung into my head while in a car ride last weekend, I typed it up on my blackberry (my wife was driving) and this picture seemed to fit the poem.

Whew! Glad you mentioned your wife was driving. People who text while driving scare me!
Good poem, btw…I sometimes get similar poetic thoughts as I’m in a car. Must be the scenery.

I don’t do the driving too often, and have short attention span so often I write blog posts and poems on my blackberry, since the most basic car ride to Chandler is 45 minutes each way.

Dragonblogger you have a real niche for poems… My husband also writes poems- some of them are on my site attached to articles I have written. One example is:
The Path Most Hidden
Restless nights course through my veins
as I wrestle life in fear and pain.
Looking for an easy out I turn to you
But, with inward doubt.
Does your silence mean an end
to grace and mercy or you my friend?
Looking for a quicker cure
for an answer I can’t secure,
I take a path that’s plain to me
but only ends up against the sea…
How can I escape this worldly wrath?
Please Lord show me your hidden path!
“Yes… Turn my friend towards your sea
Whats plain to me you cannot see”
Dare to step without a worldly guide
and the path you seek I will not hide…
GPep 2-28-09 (Based on Psalm 77)
Hope you enjoy my husbands poem as much as I have enjoyed yours:)

Ps How did you come up with the blog title “dragonblogger” ?
Just a curious question:) I am a thinker not a poet!
Keep up that great work – I sure do appreciate the talent

That is a nice poem indeed thank you for sharing, my Dragon Blogger comes from my nature and history. I like dragons symbolically, and meaning as not the savage beasts but intelligent magical creatures of power. I also used to play Dungeons and Dragons, and I have a dragon tattoo on my right arm. In fact, I turned my tattoo into my logo for Dragon Blogger, check out this link – http://www.dragonblogger.com/paint-net-one-of-my-favorite-free-paint-programs/
